A4, landscape, actual size.
In the print box, choose Actual size or 100%, not "Fit to page". One side only. Colour or black and white both work.

02 · FOLD THE LETTER AWAY
Top half back, along line 1.
Fold it behind, printed side out, and crease it firmly. Your letter and inside photo are now hidden.

Bottom row back, along line 2.

04 · ZIG-ZAG INTO FOUR
Concertina it, photo on top.
Fold back and forth along the three short lines, like a fan, until the cover sits on top. It's now 74 × 52 mm.
—Run a thumbnail or the back of a spoon along every fold. Sharp creases make it sit flat in a wallet.
—100–120gsm paper folds crisply. Thicker than 160gsm gets bulky in a card slot.
—To read it: pull it open, turn it over, then open it all the way for the letter.
